TRAINING OBJECTIVES

The My Classroom Today Training Rewards Program is designed to reward participants with points for utilizing the E-Learning tool for all safety training. These points are redeemable for your choice of prizes from thousands of exciting rewards featured online at the My Classroom Today’s Online Awards Mall. Each employee will receive a Quarterly Summary Statement showing points earned for that period as well as summary totals to date.
This Program Guide provides a description of the Program Objectives and the Point Awards that can be earned for that objective.

My Classroom Today Training Rewards Program
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Full time participants will be eligible to participate in this program the first day of the month following enrollment.
- Points can be redeemed only after the participant has been in the program for a period of 90 days.
- Points will accumulate during that period.
- Participants must be actively enrolled in the training program to redeem points.
EARNING POINTS
- Participants may accrue points on a quarterly basis depending on the objectives achieved according to the Program Guide
- Performance statements are provided quarterly. These statements show current quarter and year-to-date activity for both point awards and orders.
- Performance statements will be mailed to participants quarterly.
AWARDS/GIFT ORDERS
- Points may be redeemed once eligibility requirements and sufficient points are accumulated for redemption of awards depicted in the awards online catalog.
- You may not combine points with another person for the purpose of ordering an award.
- gBehavior will process all orders and ship the award(s) to your home unless otherwise instructed.
- More than one award may be chosen at the time of ordering if you have sufficient number of points earned and issued.
- You must be a full time participant the day the order request is received by gBehavior Award Headquarters.
- An item of equal/greater value will be substituted at no additional charge for an unavailable one.
- gBehavior will authorize the return of any merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
- gBehavior will authorize the return of merchandise damaged in shipment. All original packing material must be returned with the damaged item. Obtain return authorizations by calling gBehavior Customer Support at 888-949-1001 or by e-mail at

. Merchandise failing to perform according to manufacturer’s specifications may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Information regarding operations, manufacturer’s specifications, and warranty of the merchandise should accompany the merchandise.
Eligibility requirements may be altered by the program administrator anytime during the course of the program with 30-day advance notice sent to participants. My Classroom Today may terminate the program at any time subject to contractual obligations. If such an instance occurs, all current program participants will have 60 days to redeem their points for awards depicted in the online awards mall.
